My story

At 16 years old, I immigrated to Canada from Iran. I was a competitive swimmer which lead me to pursue my studies in Human Kinetics to learn more about the human body. In my last year of undergrad, I was placed in an internship for patients with heart disease, which inspired me to pursue my master’s in cardiac rehab.

I saw such a huge gap in the Canadian Health Care system which was so illness focused. My vision was to help people be more proactive with their well-being, rather than wait till they are sick. I didn’t know how to solve this issue so I decided to go back to school to expand my knowledge. I completed my global MBA in 2017, by attending some of the top business schools in North & South America.

During the pandemic, using both my health & business background, I founded PromptHealth, a wellness network with a focus on proactive holistic health to help both people find the right solutions & practitioners educate the public better.

I started sharing my knowledge on different social media platforms and my voice reached over a million people in just 2 years.

I am on a mission to help people around the globe to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life .
